Hunter Bay started in 1991 when a little coffee bar, roasting coffee fresh daily, opened on Front Street out of a love for great coffee. In 1998 we closed our original location to focus on wholesale boutique coffee roasting. Now, with a nod to our roots we are back downtown with two coffee bars on Front Street - the original in Grizzly Hackle and our flagship in the First Interstate Center.
