20 Year Anniversary Blend is a rich combination of toasted almond with overtones of cinnamon and semi-sweet chocolate. This is a softer, sweeter coffee, and is produced by hand picking fully ripe coffee cherries, quickly weight-sorting the green beans on the day of harvest, and then spreading the coffee in the sun for a natural drying process. The result is an exceptionally even, smooth cup with a winey consistency that equals or surpasses the best Central American coffee blends we’ve tasted in recent years.
