Ground coffee has more exposed surface area than whole bean, and the more surface area exposed in a food with volatile aromatics like coffee, the more quickly it oxidizes and stales. We want the coffee you drink to taste as rich, fresh and flavorful as the coffee we brew here at Hunter Bay.
