This Mexican Chiapas is our smoothest light roast, renowned for its low acidity and delicious chocolate notes. It features a varieties of Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai beans, cultivated in a warm climate at an elevation of 1200-1500 MASL. Notable flavor nuances include cinnamon spices and brown sugar, followed by the gentle finish of chocolate and lemon. Our Missoula, Montana roastery holds this coffee in the highest regard for its remarkable smoothness and full-bodied flavor.
