Bring in the new year with a special single origin coffee. This year we took an Ethiopian Sidamo and roasted it dark. Ethiopian coffees are known for their tasting notes of dried fruit, strawberry, and syrupy body. With this darker roast, you will get those berry and fruit notes but grounded with a roasty and smoky base. The perfect coffee for the Holidays.
