We have been roasting our coffees at the entrance to the Bitterroot Valley a few miles outside of Missoula, Montana for over a decade. Our newest and most exciting update has been the acquisition of our new coffee roaster. Our Italian STA Impianti Roaster has allowed us to become more efficient and sustainable than ever before.
At Hunter Bay we adhere to the Specialty Coffee Association of America’s standards for sourcing, roasting, and brewing coffee. We strive for excellence in every pound of coffee we roast and spend time every day sampling coffees from our coffee sources to ensure they good enough each season to be in our blends.
