Moose Drool

Developed in partnership with Big Sky Brewing, Hunter Bay’s Moose Drool is a pleasing combination of opposites paired together in one blend. Although stout, the cup is smooth and semi-sweet without all the char that normally lingers behind with a dark roast.  The brew masters at Big Sky Brewing enjoy a strong cup of dark roast coffee as they begin their work day brewing Moose Drool Ale, and the coffee we developed for them quickly became one of our most popular blends. The sugars following the bourbon note lend a wonderfully balanced cup.

Roast level : Dark

Aroma – bourbon, malt, cedar, brown sugars

Acidity – low

Body – smooth

Cup – bourbon, malt, semi-sweet chocolate

Finish – light with lingering bourbon and malt
