Ethiopia Sidamo

Our Ethiopia Sidamo is one of our five SOLO series (Single Origin Limited Offering). We love this roast. Bright, fruit forward and sweet, what more do you need? From the beloved region in which coffee originated, we chose to highlight those fruity characteristics that tend to follow the natural drying process.

In fact we love it so much that we decided to highlight it in another one of our blends, Praying Monk, which is also packed with sweetness.
