Summer Honey

Our partnership with Big Sky Brewing out of Missoula, MT goes back to the early days of Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters when Kaffe Moose Drool and the now retired Trout Slayer were crafted into a delicious pairing to the local craft beer. When Trout Slayer beer was discontinued we went to Big Sky Brewing to brainstorm our next collaboration - enter Summer Honey. A refreshing and sweet honey hefeweizen that Missoulians have come to cherish. 

 With inspiration from the beer, the blend includes coffees from our SOLO line that showcase the "Summer Honey" distinguishing qualities - boasting notes of chocolate and graham cracker followed by strawberry, cranberry and a subtle acidity.

Finish – light with lingering berries
